Longstanding AC&H client, Dunedin Canmore Housing Association picked up the award for 'Large Affordable Housing Development of the Year' for Westfield Avenue, Edinburgh at the 2012 Scottish Home Awards on Thursday 28th June 2012. AC&H were Dunedin's sole legal advisor for the £24.5 million development situated in Westfield Avenue, Gorgie providing 193 new homes and eight business units.

The Affordable Housing Team, led by Janette Speed, advised on all aspects of the complex multi-party transaction which included the land acquisition with Golden Brick arrangement, estate set-up, including corporate advice on the innovative communal heating system, leasing of the industrial units and sale of 30 Shared-ownership units.
