Martin is an Associate in the Scottish Real Estate team, working in the Edinburgh Office. He specialises in giving commercial leasing advice, and acts for, amongst others, The Money Shop and Blue Inc in relation to all of their Scottish leasing requirements. Martin also advises The Money Shop on their Scottish licensing requirements.
Martin also specialises in the hospitality, leisure and tourism sector, giving advice to clients on both commercial property and licensing matters. He is the appointed Scottish solicitor for the British Holiday & Home Parks Association and currently sits as a Board Director of The Scottish Tourism Alliance. He is also actively involved with the industry charity, HIT Scotland, and is a member of the Committee tasked with organizing their flagship Emerging Talent Conference each year.
Martin also regularly gives presentations to both other solicitors and clients on commercial leasing and licensing issues.
Martin joined Archibald Campbell & Harley in 2005, becoming an Associate in 2006 and is Head of the firm's Tourism & Leisure Group.
